Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation by the tour provider or due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund where possible.
5.2 Shop Purchases
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
